Update

The designated operator of Israel, Israel Postal Company (Israel Post), wishes to inform other Union member countries and their designated operators that Israel has declared a special state of emergency as of Friday, 13 June 2025, to remain in effect until further notice. As a result, all national infrastructure has transitioned to emergency mode.   The following measures have been implemented:   1.         Public gatherings and regular civilian activities are currently prohibited. 2.         Citizens are instructed to remain in protected areas. 3.         Operations at all ports have been suspended. 4.         Flights and all other transportation services have been halted. Israel Post has transitioned to remote operations, and deliveries will be limited during this period.   Despite these changes, IT systems remain fully operational, ensuring uninterrupted tracking services. Additionally, customer service will continue to provide remote support, prioritizing urgent cases.   Israel Post is committed to minimizing potential disruptions and keeping Union member countries and their designated operators informed via EmIS updates, while appreciating their understanding and cooperation.
